Welcome to Rick Leonard, Marketing Director
Rick Leonard joined Mid-Continent in April as the Marketing Director. Rick comes to us with an extensive background within the insurance industry in sales, marketing, and loss control. He will be contacting and visiting agents in May. Most of his initial emphasis will be on Ohio and Indiana. We welcome Rick and look forward to having him represent us with our agents and producers.

Pennsylvania Automatic Renewals:
All expiring Pennsylvania policies are now automatically renewed prior to expiration. If the policy is renewing as quoted, the agent is not required to take any action. If the insured has decided not to renew or there are changes from the expiring policy, please contact us as early as possible to end coverage or issue with requested changes. Refer to agent bulletin 2007-11 for complete details. This applies to PENNSYLVANIA policies only.
